Why do you Crossfit?

I was thinking last night-- if I could only give one answer- why do I crossfit?  Of course, tons of answers came to mind, but one stuck out the most: to be surrounded by like-minded people.  Being around a group of people with similar goals, mindsets, and passions is extremely powerful for me.  I am lucky enough now to be a part of this community where people help people overcome obstacles, push past thresholds, and experience life changes together.  I love this team mentality that surrounds and drives the crossfit community.

I love knowing that other people I am around on a daily basis are driven by similar standards, similar values, and most of all, get the same excitement and thrill from seeing others succeed as I do.  I love my job.

Yes, all other answers came to the front of my mind-competition, fitness, health and well-being, but mostly I truly enjoy being engulfed in such an energetic, empowering, supportive, and loving environment.  It's surreal....
