SHOCK yourself!

People! If you are walking away from your workout everyday thinking "that was a good workout, I feel pretty good," then you are NOT giving yourself the opportunity to reach that next level, and push yourself past a threshold you have probably been stuck at for years!  Yes you're sweaty, yes you're tired, but did you really challenge yourself mentally as well as physically? Did you surprise yourself with what you were actually able to accomplish? If you didn't say yes right away, then you aren't really working!

I can't stop thinking about 2 things- my workout yesterday (because I lifted more than I thought I could!)-- how would I have known I could do it if I didn't try?? I literally walked out of the gym yesterday in shock that I had done what I did.
And two- how many PR's were set in today's 9:15am class by people who got some attitude with the bar! They couldn't believe the PR's they were shredding! That group shocked themselves! They just all stepped into the next level of training-- Belief!

Don't avoid what you think is unreachable because of fear of failure.  Shock the hell outta yourself by trying it, then owning it!

So proud this week!
